VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW

1. TERMS: Upon each of fifteen (15) New Customers (i) signing up through sunrun.us/Sasser (the “Link”), (ii) entering into a customer agreement with Sponsor for a solar system and (iii) the installation of such solar system on or prior to June 30, 2024, Sponsor will provide one Qualifying Solar System (defined below) to a Qualifying Homeowner (defined below) at no cost. A New Customer must (a) be a legal resident of the United States, residing in D.C., Puerto Rico or a state or commonwealth in which Sponsor operates, (b) not already be party to a customer agreement with Sponsor prior to signing up through the Link and (c) meet Sponsor’s customer credit criteria and other requirements contained in Sponsor’s customer agreement. A “Qualifying Homeowner” is a person selected by Sponsor, at Sponsor’s discretion, who is (A) a homeowner residing in Houston, TX, (B) not an employee of Sponsor or its affiliates, subsidiaries, and related companies, agencies, or a member of its immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or those living in the same household, (C) not an elected official, (D) does not have an existing solar system on their residence and (E) not party to an existing customer agreement with Sponsor. A “Qualifying Solar System” includes (x) a solar system that is no more than 10 kW in size and (y) a battery, subject to a customer agreement with Sponsor, at Sponsor’s discretion. The approximate value of a Qualifying Solar System is $55,000. BY PROVIDING ONE’S INFORMATION THROUGH THE LINK, A PERSON IS NOT ENTERING ANY CONTEST OR SWEEPSTAKES TO BE SELECTED AS A QUALIFYING HOMEOWNER. THE QUALIFYING HOMEOWNER WILL BE SEPARATELY SELECTED BY SPONSOR.

2. SPONSOR: The Sponsor of this promotion (the “Promotion”) is Sunrun Inc., 225 Bush Street, #1400, San Francisco, CA 94104 (the “Sponsor”).

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL TERMS: Participation in this Promotion constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Terms and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS: In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this Promotion, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Promotion is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute, or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, provincial or local government law, order of regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control (each a "Force Majeure" event) Sponsor shall have the right, in their sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Promotion without notice or further obligation. Sponsor reserves the right to correct typographic, clerical or printing errors in any Promotion materials. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of this Promotion or the administration of the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this Promotion in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor.

5. PRIVACY: Information submitted through the Link is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on http://www.sunrun.com/privacy-policy.
